If Ms Rachna she takes up a project, i can bet you that she will go all out of the way to create the wow factor and complete customer satisfaction, which is difficult to achieve in the field that Baqaa is into. Her philanthropist side may not be known to many - she has been giving back to the industry by being a generous academician.. teaching students facets of wedding planning and event management without any inhibition or insecurity.. just from the intention of giving back. Negative experience: Highly priced, rude behavior from staff, did not see any quality in the work, and it did feel that the business was more of outsourcing all the works to event companies in Sharjah. I would rather hire them directly and work with a freelancing planner and still get a better job for a much better price! Highly disappointed with their team. Hope there were red stars for minus ratings form google to rate this one!

Fantastic experience: I had hired BAQAA to be the wedding planners for my special day, and they really exceeded mine and my family's expectations on both my Mehendi and Wedding functions. During the course of my wedding planning, I had developed a really good rapport with Mrs. Chaddha and even ended up freelancing for her for a few months before I moved out of Dubai. For my mehendi I had envisaged an Indian themed carnival set up and Mrs.Chaddha beautifully executed the theme as planned. For the wedding, she showed me some innovative stage designs and I chose the one I liked the most. To personalize it, I suggested some floral chandeliers, colored roses and flowers which I felt would suit my wedding the most. We had agreed to have silk flowers on the entrance floral arch and on my stage, however on the day of the wedding, Mrs.Chaddha surprised us by adding real flowers to the arch and stage. Mrs. Chaddha is friendly, organized and definitely has an eye for design, making sure that every little detail of the wedding decor is beautiful and well aligned with the theme. All in all, BAQAA delivered what it promised and made sure that my special day was beautiful in every way.

She will always make you feel as though she has everything 100% under control. Needless to say that the end result has always been nothing short of spectacular!

Negative experience: Having a 35 Years of Experience and self proclaimed legend is completely having outdated and poor Ideas. She forced us to go by her Ideas which we refused resulting her being rude, Arrogant and highly unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: After being referred by a close family friend, my family hired Rachna and her team at Baqaa for my sisters wedding in Abu Dhabi in December 2015. From Day One of meeting with Rachna, we felt that the wedding is in the most trustworthy hands possible. She was meticulous in her design, thought process and execution and the wedding went exactly as planned. On top of that, the team surprised us with a lot of additional items that we had not discussed but added to making my sisters dream come true. Our family and friends continue to talk about this wedding and we will definitely recommend Rachna and her team for all weddings / events that we will have in the future and to all other family and friends.
