Fantastic experience: We were given a consultation first and asked on what we wanted. After taking very detailed notes and a visit to the venue, our vision for our event was executed perfectly. The decor was amazing, down to the very last detail. Sada coordinated with the venue and made sure we did not have to do much as he took care of everything. We were also given additional decor as gifts and we appreciated them a lot. We requested for a photographer and the photography we were given did a fantastic job in directing and capturing moments. Overall, we were very satisfied with their service. 10/10 would recommend if you are planning on having an event

Negative experience: Samer was the worst decision we made for our wedding. He is incredily unprofessional and has a HUGE ego with not taste. Samer made our wedding planning really difficult, and gave me attitude whenever I insisted on something I wanted and not what he wanted for me (including my bouquet). He left everything to last minute and told us there was "plenty of time" to meet. We kept requesting for meetings and he kept brushing us off. We had one week to go and it was only after we had absolutely insisted to meet him did he finally agree. The meeting might as well not have happened because he wasn't even listening! It was as if we were talking to the wall because he did nothing as requested on the day. He thinks he knows better will act like this with everyone, including the vendors. At one point he was bothering our photo/video team (who were amazing and super professional) to take every single shot of the food (something I communicted I didn't care for, but he didn't listen as always). One of the guys told him to please just leave them do their job and Samer -- with his HUGE EGO -- turned into an unprofessional baby complaining to us so angrily that he "has 20 years experience who do they think they are, i'm older than them". We tried to cool the situation but he ended up making things worse and LEAVING OUR WEDDING and Leaving behind him a total mess -- INCLUDING A DANCEFLOOR THAT WAS FALLING APART! My shoe got stuck and eventually we all had to stop dancing because it was dangerous. During our planning period, I was worried about his DJ choice, "DJ Amin", highlighting several times that the DJ is so important. He vouched for THE WORST DJ (a really nice guy but an awful DJ). I gave Amin a very clear list of songs to play at each part of the evening. In the beginning, I told him to play old school jams and instead, he thought it was appropriate to play reggaeton for two hours!!!! He then played the worst mashup of songs, many of them clearly ripped illegally because there was a "copyright" sound playing in the background of the songs. Overall, it was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, he embarassed us in front of all of our guests who would not stop talking about how rude a person he was. I booked him based on google reviews and how he convinced us constantly telling us he has "20 years experience" (he will never leave a conversation without mentioning this) but CLEARLY these other reviews are 80% fake or paid. PLEASE DON'T RISK RUINING YOUR WEDDING DAY IT IS NOT WORTH IT! go for another vendor.
