Fantastic experience: From the very first moment we met Maggi over Zoom, we knew we had to have Vivaah Celebrations as our wedding planners. Maggi immediately stood out from the rest she truly understood our vision and exactly what we wanted to achieve. Meeting Rahul in Dubai later only reinforced our decision; we instantly clicked with both of them, which made Vijay and me feel so comfortable and confident about everything that was to come. Maggi and Rahul created the most unforgettable wedding week for us and our families. Every single event, from the welcome dinner to the spectacular reception, was executed to absolute perfection. Every detail, from the thoughtful planning and smooth coordination to the stunning creative touches throughout each event, went far beyond what we could have ever imagined. What truly stood out was how seamlessly everything flowed. Vijay and I didn’t have to worry about a single detail; every element, big or small, was handled flawlessly by Rahul and Maggi. Because of them, we experienced zero stress and were able to fully immerse ourselves in the celebrations, soaking in every magical moment. Even the smallest gesture like picking up medication or electrolytes when we needed them showed just how deeply they care about their couples and their families. It’s that genuine kindness and personal touch that made all the difference. The food tasting process was another area where Maggi and Rahul made everything effortless. They organized the tastings so seamlessly for us and our families, which really put our parents at ease and made the experience enjoyable. The food across all our events was absolutely outstanding our guests are still raving about how delicious everything was! A special thank you to both of them for arranging a second food tasting at Warner Brothers to ensure every detail was perfect that extra effort truly reflected their commitment to excellence. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for helping us create memories that we will cherish forever. Fantastic experience: Perfect for big grand events, highly recommend.

Positive experience: I recently hired VC to plan my wedding, which took place 5 months ago. As a bride, my expectations were high especially given their strong pitch and the impressive photos on their Instagram. They repeatedly emphasized that they are a "luxury" wedding planning service and while their prices definitely reflect that, the actual "experience" did not meet the standards I anticipated. I got in touch with them about 3 months before the weddg, and they reassured me that they had handled numerous weddings. And I was excited - as excited as a bride could be. But, when I think back to the wedding, all I can remember is the stress of the final 2 weeks. As a bride, you want to enjoy the journey, not feel stressfully overwhelmed and agitated with the simple things that could have been taken care of easily. Here’s why I would not recommend VC: 1. Lack of Delivery on Promises Their customer service fell short. They made many promises but failed to deliver unless I sent multiple reminders. eg, the social media concept was a disaster (the reason to agreeing this was to do a build up to the final day but I had to finally take this over as there was no build up and all they did was post pictures on the night of the wedding) and event layout -not finalized until the last minute despite several requests. 2. Exorbitant Prices and Limited Options Being in Dubai, where there are many options, Vivah Celebrations only offered very expensive vendors. If you decide not to go with their preferred suppliers, you are left to figure things out on your own. This was frustrating when it came to key elements like beauty artist, flowers and so on. 3. Unprofessional Attitude While some things are forgivable, their attitude was not. The idea that they could walk out, despite having been fully paid, was completely unacceptable. Their "cover our backside" emails were absolutely horrendous! A wedding is a personal affair for the bride and not a business transaction - they made sure to let us know that they did not care enough... They always said they could meet us whenever and wherever we wanted if we needed to but they were so busy that I would have to make time convenient/suitable to them and sometimes never met at all. 4. Lack of Creativity Their creative approach seemed to depend entirely on how much money you were willing to spend. If you didn’t have the budget for their expensive options, they simply wouldn’t have another option for the vision you asked for. This was evident in the lack of creativity in the center pieces and the head table at the reception, which left me deeply disappointed. If not for a friend stepping in to help, I would have been ready to walk out of my own wedding. 5. Failure to Understand My Needs From the beginning, I told them I didn’t want a stage for the bride and groom, preferring a head table to sit with our guests. Instead, we were given a large conference-style stage, creating a huge distance between my groom and me (I am sure every couple would want to sit as close to each other on their wedding reception). Their excuse? They had “approval from the groom”—but at that point, it was too late to change it, and I was left feeling upset and disconnected from my own celebration. I felt so disappointed that my big moment was shattered!! If it had not been my son next to me holding my hand and telling me to breathe – I would have ended up in tears! (Imagine that after paying the big bucks!) 6. Missing Details and Poor Execution On the day of the wedding, there were some of the agreed-upon details that were missing. The table décor was minimal, the aisle was bare when we had discussed candles. I had to cut down on sooo much stuff because they couldn’t manage come up with alternate options. In conclusion, Vivah Celebrations may work for you if you have unlimited free-flowing funds (luxury) and are okay with their approach (they hiring you instead of you hiring them!). But if you’re looking for a more personalized, stress-free, and professional planning experience, I would suggest exploring other options.

Fantastic experience: Rahul & Megha are the key leaders for their team and company. Utmost Professional, respectful, innovative & hardworking team. On time execution with intact planning is the most important thing to choose a planner and they continue doing it and making it better day by day. The overall planning & level of work i have seen recently for a Big Fat Indian Wedding of 500 guests over 3 days with 10 unique events, they did more than justice to make it as memorable as possible for the family. I couldn't find a fufaji complaining of something went wrong during the event or was not served with his expected respect. Kudos to the team.

Fantastic experience: Vivaah Celebrations are the best Wedding planners. I attended a wedding planned by them and they were so organized and the decorations were beautiful.

Negative experience: Vivaah planned my friend’s wedding in Dubai and it was a stressful disaster. The bride and groom had multiple issues and the planning team took no responsibilities. Vivaah told the couple 2 days before the events started there was no dance floor available. They didn’t then offer a solution and instead was left to family to arrange. They also claim to make event decor in house but in reality they outsource it to a third party. Draft itineraries were prepared with wrong timings - one event started at 9am and the team had the bride going into hair and make up after the start of the event. They put the wrong centrepieces out for the reception, forgot to put the name cards out and during the wedding didn’t put the order of service cards out, instead had them stuck under a table. Whenever the couple or family members questioned or challenges the planners, Vivaah just threatened to walk away from providing a service. The planners would also go missing during the events, which was not helpful as there were issues which occurred and finding them was a problem. The team then disappeared as soon as events were finished and didn’t stay for any debrief conversations or to address and of the problems. All round a shocking service. I would give them zero stars if I had the choice as I’m sure the couple would. I would caution anyone from using Vivaah.

Fantastic experience: I worked very closely with Rahul at Fairmont Ajman. As a hotel management we were very comfortable with Rahul. Very professional planner Strong eye for details and amazing coordination. We did many destination wedding but never worried when I knew Rahul is wedding planner. His planning used to be immaculate, strong follow ups and wedding setups and theme used to leave hotel team jaw open.
