Fantastic experience: Have nothing but good things to say about Ikigaii. They planned the most well organised and beautifully done wedding our guests had seen. We had so many compliments about our wedding and how glamorous the whole three days were. We put our trust in Heeital and Vaibbhav and we are so glad we did that because they perfectly executed our vision and went above and beyond with everything. They are such good people. What I appreciated the most was how transparent they were with what could be done with our budget too. But this didn’t stop our wedding looking so so nice. We noticed little touches they had organised throughout the events that we didn’t even ask for too, which was lovely to see. Decor was executed wonderfully, the whole Ikigaii team were always on call for anyone who needed help at any time, and everything went seamlessly. They were also so good at bringing the energy up and making sure everyone was having a good time! Couldn’t have asked for better planners than Ikigaii, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone planning a wedding.

Fantastic experience: We enjoyed working with the team and the husband wife duo. They complement each other well with their respective strengths around creating, implementing, managing process and people including us the client ! I was happy also that they were cost conscious all through and made sure we understood the budget and the impact on budget from every decision so that informed decisions could be made and there were no surprises. Overall a happy experience and ended well as we were personally touched with both Heital and Vaibhav being present right through the 2 events and being available at all times on the phone for urgent needs . Fantastic experience: This is a heartfelt appreciation and testimony to exceptional work done by Vaibhav Arora and Hetal who transformed the venue Hotel Lemeridian Great ballroom (my sons wedding Reception) to one of a kind event with innovative decor with a specific theme (Starry Nights) in mind with A/V lights, sound and LED walls. LED dancers, Music Band, DJ, Emcee. It was well appreciated by those who attended the event. Fantastic experience: My wife and I celebrated our 25th Wedding Anniversary at Atlantis Royal, Dubai in June’24 and it was such a special experience thanks to Team IKIGAII ! They helped organise the venue (even went to see which location would be best for us and so glad they did as we weren’t in the UAE to see ourselves) then arranged a professional photographer, the most amazing decorations and even rose petals on the steps (very romantic ) & communicated really clearly so everything went just as hoped! The most amazing part of the ceremony was providing the perfect celebrant that fitted our celebrations and her name was Theresa (The Love Queen) and we even managed to keep our celebration day a wonderful surprise for wife until the night before by Ikigaii being really accommodating with zoom calls and whatsapp messaging at any time or day to keep everything on track and involved our 4 children of which all played their part too during the ceremony My wife was so overwhelmed by the experience that she even said it was better than our actual wedding day back in 1999 !! We cannot recommend Team IKIGAII enough and recommend them to anybody looking for special events management or ceremony organising xxxx

Fantastic experience: The best event planners I know of! They planned my 3 day wedding in 2021, during the 2nd wave of Covid with 6 events and handled it smoother than I imagined. Vaibhav and Hetal make a strong army due to their complimentary skills and experience. Being someone who is very particular, they not only met my expectations but exceeded them enormously!
