Negative experience: Ruined a wedding 3 days out! Changing prices constantly, lying and altering what’s confirmed on the contract, gave 3 different quotes after discussing and changed them each time. Very unprofessional. Have wasted weeks of time back and forth, WILL CHANGE PRICES last minute before you sign. Disappointing.

Negative experience: We hired Jannat Events for my daughter’s wedding a year in advance to oversee four events of the wedding . As the time for the wedding began nearing I realised that they weren’t really equipped to deliver in a professional way . To summarise most things were askew, the months before the wedding had to have several meetings as i could see that things were not going as planned . On the actual days of the events most things were askew; the sound system faulty , the decor we paid for was partly placed , the venues were not ready before the guests arrived , since the Jannat Events team were not able to complete the task the family members were forced to set up some of the wedding decor elements themselves . It was complete chaos . A day when we as a family should enjoy and cherish our daughter’s wedding turned out to be stressful hours and tension riden. After the wedding we framed a detailed email listing each and every aspect of the contract they failed to fulfill and asked them for clarification . We were completely ghosted … after more than a month i used a friends phone to call them as they didn’t pick my call . I was told that they never got the email ( the email was sent to their registered company email) i was told they would get back . It has been six months now and they don’t answer my calls nor the messages . My only regret in this whole thing is the massive mistake I made in hiring them . I regret handing such an important event of our lives into unprofessional hands .

Fantastic experience: Attended a wedding managed by Jannat Events a couple of months back , and till this day no one can stop talking about how well everything was executed!! The venue, decorations and entertainment was on point with all the events and left the guests and family members in awe from the wedding. I met the team and spoke to Manaf and Soha on site to appreciate the work. They seemed really humble and genuine individuals. As a wedding guest who can’t stop thinking about how good of a job these guys did, I would recommend them for any and all weddings.

Negative experience: I hired Jannat Events for my two wedding events in Dubai. While they are very accommodating, easy to work with - I did not receive the quality of work I paid for. I think they were overpriced for the quality provided. On the day of the event they were behind schedule causing stress and were missing key items like a couch which came last minute. Worst of all, I repeatedly said I do not want visible tape on stage (bare minimum request from a decor perspective) and yet there is visible tape on stage for all my events. The finishing was tacky and cheap looking. I’ll have to spend a lifetime looking at my wedding pictures with regret. Deeply regretful experience and would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: I recently had two of my wedding events with Jannat, and I got soooo many compliments. They were able to accommodate whatever design I had and were really flexible. They also do a lot of custom stuff in terms of signage and mood boards which is really nice to see. Their turnaround is also really quick. I booked them for a small dholki and my nikkah and seeing the versatility of their design was nice. They took care of everything on my nikkah day from the stage, centerpieces, vip tables, playlist/sound, and signage. I would definitely book them again for any other event and recommend them to my friends/family and even strangers reading this review.
