Negative experience: Disappointed by the customer services. I reached out on their WA to inquire about the wedding packages, but the operator apparently doesn’t even say hi. As an advice for business - even if you don’t have what the client is asking for, you can elaborate on custom events management as claimed on your website, and give options.

Fantastic experience: EBS helped us plan the wedding of our dreams! We had 5 events set in a span of 3 days and they made each and every event flow so seamlessly and everything looked absolutely beautiful ❤️ any problem that came up, they helped solve it in a quick and timely manner so we didn’t have to stress out about anything! Highly recommend for a kickass wedding!

Fantastic experience: Context - Indian Wedding held at Intercontinental Fujairah in October 2023 The events by Saniya team were crucial in making our dream wedding come to life. They handled everything from conversations with all our vendors, the hotel and guests. Their 360 approach to handling and managing our entire wedding allowed the process to be really enjoyable for us. The teams organisational skills, ability to communicate with a variety of people and can-do positive attitude were key to bringing our vision to life. There was no task that was too much and their ability to be flexible and adapt to our families requests was amazing. The decoration was beautiful and elegant and much more spectacular in real life compared to all the mood boards we made collaboratively. Amazingly before we even signed with EBS, most of the decoration I loved were concepts and events done by EBS! So many guests complimented how stunning each event looked. As with all events, there are last minute requests and problems that come up on the day. The team were always on hand to solve any queries and the open relationship we built over the planning process meant we had no stress during the celebrations. Having an RSVP manager was amazing. It is always tricky to handle and organise guests for any wedding let alone a destination wedding. The RSVP manager handled all queries and was the perfect liaison between guests and the hotel. All the vendors recommended by the EBS team were outstanding and definitely delivered more than we expected. The EBS team made all the introductions and supported all the contract conversations. Having done several weddings at ICF, Saniya’s knowledge of the property and hotel staff was spectacular. This really ensured smooth running of all events and filled us with confidence. The dream team that comprises EBS really did go above and beyond for us with each person bringing a spectacular skill set and we really appreciate having such a fantastic team support us through to the lead up of genuinely the best day of our lives! We couldn’t have asked for a better celebration and our guests truly had a fantastic time too. We would highly recommend Events By Saniya for all wedding planning and decor. We hope to cross paths in the future and wish the entire team every success because they truly deserve it! We have really enjoyed working with EBS team and can’t wait to see what’s in store next!

Fantastic experience: Saniya had been a great part of my daughter’s wedding ! Her dedication , hard work , design which we wanted she had made exactly what we asked in each event as had everything custom made from the wedding mandap to welcome dinner set up .. she and her team worked with us for 1.5 years and the wedding was just magical ! She has a great team and lots of ideas and I was the happiest mother ever to see such a magical wedding for my daughter ! Thank you Saniya for the wonderful work you have done and memories are forever ! I would recommend her for weddings or any other events as she’s very detail oriented and knows lots of vendors who are needed for the event and all those vendors were great !

Fantastic experience: I was a guest at the #NewYearEve party at #ICFujairah organized by #EventsBySaniya. I was blown over by the gold and black theme made magical with magician hats and paper horns to welcome the new year. There were special photo frames and a photographer too to make the evening a perfect goodbye to 2022 and a grand celebratory welcome to 2023. I got to know that this group, #EventsBySaniya is one of the best and most sought after #weddingplanner in #uae. Now, I cant wait to be a part of a #wedding celebration by #EBS!

Fantastic experience: I have worked with this company as a vendor. Also I have recommended them to many couples. Over the years they have built a strong network. What I like about them is they take up limited wedding and events every year so as to give 100% focus. Like any other planner and decorator they have packages you choose from. Their documentation is on point and they live by the mantra to deliver over and above their promises.

Negative experience: These guys were extremely unhelpful, uncooperative and arrogant. If you want your guests to feel unwelcome, please hire these guys. They’ll put their hands up for the smallest of requests and leave you to your own. A simple printout was an issue for them. Never ever would I recommend them to anyone.

Negative experience: Lazy, rude and unwelcoming. The last thing you want to hear from the organising team are words like "not my concern" and "check with the reception". They were often clueless, and didn't feel the need to go out of their way to solve any issue. Reminders were never sent, and queries were never met. Some of the older guests were yelled at a few times and left without answers too. If you want your guests to feel at ease, forget these guys and pick another team.
