4 months ago Negative experience: للأسف كانت تجربتي مع Special Moments مخيبة جدًا للآمال. من البداية لاحظنا أن تنفيذ الكوشة ما كان مطابق للي اتفقنا عليه، وما كان فيه أي اهتمام بالتفاصيل. الأسوأ من ذلك أنهم كانوا ياخذون الورد من الزراعة الموجودة برع القاعة ويحطونه في الكوشة، والورد نفسه كان غير فرش ونصه ميت، وهذا شيء غير مقبول تمامًا في مناسبة مهمة مثل هذه. بدل ما يكون يوم مريح وخالٍ من التوتر، سببوا لنا ضغط كبير وخلونا نتعامل مع مشاكل ما كان المفروض تصير أصلاً. كنت أتمنى احترافية أكبر وجودة تليق بالمناسبة. Unfortunately, my experience with Special Moments was very disappointing. From the start, the setup of the kosha was not what we had agreed on, and there was a clear lack of attention to detail. What made it worse is that they were taking flowers from the landscaping area outside the hall and using them in the kosha. The flowers were not fresh, and many of them were already wilted, which is completely unacceptable for such an important occasion. Instead of having a stress free and enjoyable day, we had to deal with unnecessary issues that should never have happened. I truly expected more professionalism and quality for such a special event.

نشكرك على مشاركتك ملاحظاتك ونأسف لكون تجربتك لم تكن على المستوى الذي كنتِ تتطلعين إليه، فهذا بالتأكيد لا يعكس المستوى الذي نحرص عليه
نود التوضيح بأن تنفيذ الكوشة والزراعة تم بالكامل وفق التصميم المتفق عليه والمعتمد مسبقاً. إلا أنه أثناء يوم التنفيذ حصل اختلاف في الآراء بين أهل العرس بخصوص الزراعة، حيث طُلب من فريق العمل بعد اكتمال التنفيذ إزالة الزراعة وإخراجها خارج القاعة، ثم لاحقاً ورد طلب من طرف آخر من أهل العرس بإرجاعها وتركيبها مرة أخرى، وقد قام الفريق بتنفيذ جميع التعليمات الواردة في حينها حرصاً على تلبية رغباتكم.
أما بخصوص الورد، فالنوع المستخدم هو ألستروميريا، وهو من ضمن اختياراتكم المعتمدة مسبقاً، ويتميز بطبيعته الخاصة التي تعطي إحساساً ناعماً وطبيعياً، وقد يختلف شكله عن بعض الأنواع الأخرى الأكثر امتلاءً، لكنه ليس ورداً ميتاً أو غير صالح للاستخدام.
نعتذر عن أي توتر أو إزعاج حدث خلال اليوم، ونقدّر ملاحظاتك، ونتمنى أن تتاح لنا فرصة أفضل لإرضائك مستقبلاً. مع خالص التقدير،

4 months ago Negative experience: عدم وجود مشرف او مشرفه على العمال في القاعه حسب المتفق عليه مما أدي الي تاخر العمال في تجهيز القاعه وتسليمها في وقت متاخر مما ادى اي تاخر التصوير، عدم وجود بعض العناصر المتفق عليها في القاعه

حرصاً منا على توضيح الصورة ، نود مشاركة ما حدث باختصار. تم تنفيذ جميع عناصر الديكور وفق التصميم
المعتمد والمتفق عليه مسبقاً، وكان فريقنا متواجداً في القاعة طوال فترة التركيب للإشراف والمتابعة.
خلال التنفيذ، طُلبت بعض التعديلات في اللحظات الأخيرة، شملت إعادة تغيير بعض العناصر وتعديل الإضاءة، وقد تم التعامل مع هذه الطلبات فوراً وبمرونة تامة حرصاً على تلبية رغبات العائلة.
ونتيجة لهذه التعديلات، تم تسليم القاعة بعد الموعد المتفق عليه بمدة بسيطة لا تتجاوز 15 دقيقة، مع التأكيد على أن جميع الأعمال نُفذت بالكامل وبحسب الطلب.
نحن نعتز بالجهد الذي بذله فريقنا في هذا الحدث، ونتمنى أن تكون المناسبة قد مرت بصورة جميلة تليق بالعروس وعائلتها.

She transformed our wedding hall into something truly magical — elegant, warm, and beyond what we imagined. Every detail was thoughtful and beautifully executed, and walking into the hall felt like a dream. Laila listened to our vision, added her own expertise, and made sure everything came together seamlessly. My recommendation to all brides would be to have a vision of your own, talk with your planner about what you want, and don't hesitate to ask for details. 1 year ago Fantastic experience: شركة ذات خبرة ومصداقية كبيرة .. سررت بالتعامل معها لجودتها ومصداقيتها وتعامل الموظفين الراقي وخاصة مدام ليلى عرس بنتي كان مع أفضل شركة اتعاملت معاهم special moments .. كنت جدا مرتاحة في يوم العرس لانه شفت كل الي اتفقنا عليه موجود وزيادة .. الاختيارات والذوق واللمسات والألوان كانت جميلة جداً.. جميل لما يكون مسؤول المشروع عنده ذوق وخبرة .. هالشي ريحني جدا .. استمتعت جدا في يوم العرس .. الشركة سلمتني القاعة نفس المتفق عليه بكل دقة واتقان .. وعشنا ليلة من أجمل الليالي الحمدلله وكل ضيوفي كانوا في قمة السعادة لانه الأجواء كانت خيالية ومريحة والكل أثنى ومدح جمال التفاصيل وفعلا كان هاليوم special moments شكر كبير لصاحبة الذوق والأخلاق مدام ليلى وكل موظفين سبيشل مومنتس My day was special moments with Special moments the perfect team

2 years ago Positive experience: الشغل نفس الصور بالضبط والفينيشنق جداً جميل و رائع هم أسعارهم غالية بس اختيار الورد جميل حتى الصناعي من النوع الجميل والفلورست متعاون جداً يوم العرس. المشكلة المدخل مب نفس المتفق عليه لكن بعده جداً جميل على الاختيار اللي عطونا اياه، كلموا ليلى ما قصرت معانا و خلصت كل شيء و في كل تغيير تتصل علينا و ذوييييقة كثير

2 years ago Fantastic experience: مكان لبيع الورود ، محترفين في تزين الحفلات والمناسبات . سواء بالورد فقط او الورد معا الشكولاه ، تقدر تتصل مسبق وتعمل الطلبيه حسب ميزانيتك ولما تصل يكون جاهز … بدون مجامله افضل سعر في السوق من واقع تجربه وكثرة البحث .. وتقدر تعمل معهم عقد شهري او سنوي لتزويدك بالورد بشكل دوري ، الموظفين بشوشين والخدمه ممتازه ، بس الببغاء اشوي مزعج ((:

2 years ago Fantastic experience: I am pleased with their work. They went beyond my expectations. They organised a wedding fit for a king. A ROYAL AFFAIR INDEED!!! The deco was impeccable, the detail to attention was mind blowing. From the reception, the table set up, chandeliers hanging the ceiling down to even the flower placements and burning candles. It was absolutely exquisite! The servers where conspicuous yet there when needed as if anticipating your very needs. The food was scrumptious. These organisers truly understood my vision and brought it to reality. Thumbs to you. Will definitely be working with you again!

4 years ago Negative experience: VERY RUDE staff. One of the employees there accused me with lying. When I asked him about his rudeness he said you are lier!! he doesn’t have the right to be rude with a customer paying money for a service. What I know and what should be taught to employees there, customer always is right. Respect is important everywhere!!

The manager was very confident and helped me choose everything and gave me design advice based on his experience. The whole team was very nice and professional. They listened to my demands and made sure everything was top notch! I strongly recommend them for weddings and events.

7 years ago Negative experience: She showed us a design claiming it was hers. We asked if we can take a picture she said no. 10 min later I found a better quality image on the internet (of course not hers) Once I find a business to lie I don't trust them. Stay away.
